Anam Irish Dance Company was formed to give adult Irish dancers a way to continue dancing and performing, by award-winning choreographer, Julie Hoffman. We are open to adults with Irish dance experience. Anam Irish Dance Company blends tradition with innovation in Irish dance. Whether you are interested in a short performance or an informational workshop, we will be pleased to discuss performance options with you to best meet the needs of your function.
Interested in joining Anam Irish Dance Company?
We dance in Saint Paul. Dancers have the choice to select a weekly or bi-weekly class based on their desired commitment level. Our classes focus on traditional and modern Irish dance choreography. Class also focuses on technique and skill advancement. Members of our company attend a company class weekly. Performance opportunities are available to company members as time and schedule allows. Company members can just take classes as well; performance is not required.
